Kelly Paxman, President of Paxman Heating & Cooling, Inc. was born and raised in St. George. He started his career in the HVAC trade at the age of 19 with Larkin Plumbing and Heating, in May of 1968. While working at Larkin's, Kelly had the opportunity to be a foreman on various types of jobs.

Kelly worked with Larkin Plumbing and Heating until August 1984, at which time he left to start his own business, Paxman Heating & Cooling in September of 1984. This business consisted mainly of residential heating and cooling and other HVAC jobs.
